Documents last updated August 31, 2026.

OneLifeLog stores some of the most personal data there is — health journals, recordings, mental-health screeners, cycle data, bloodwork. These documents describe how that data is handled and the rules of the Service. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

TL;DRThe honest summary

The summary below is a convenience, not a substitute for the full documents.

  • Your journal is private by default. Nothing you record is visible to anyone else unless you share specific metrics with a friend or coach.
  • AI processes what you record. Recordings, transcripts, photos, and documents you submit to AI features are processed by OpenAI and xAI as our service providers to produce your transcripts, metrics, and insights. AI can be wrong — you review its suggestions.
  • We do not sell your data and there is no advertising or third-party analytics tracking in the product.
  • Not medical advice. OneLifeLog is a journal, not a doctor. In an emergency call 911 (US) or your local emergency number; in a mental-health crisis in the US, call or text 988.
  • Deletion: individual items can be deleted in the app; full account deletion and full data export are handled by emailing [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL] until self-serve tools ship.
